He has a house in Hollywood or sharing a home with Al Gore.
Seriously he is living in a cave and he is being hunted all the time.
He can't use a cell phone for more than a couple of minutes without a Hellfire putting a permant end to the call.

He is running a small taxi service in Jersey and you can get him by hailing a cab at the Newark Airport. Word to the wise though, his cab might be wired to explode...well not actually his, someone who is a follower. Guys like Bin Laden don't make sacrifices they just require others too. Better tip heavy though just to be safe.
