What was up with the guys last night?! Most of them started off key, and the others were just plain boring. Blake (though didn't have the best start) was awesome yet again. Chris R was ok. I don't much care for him, and I didn't like his song choice--- but at least he sang on key. Chris S is awesome also. And while last night may have not been his best, I think he's still way better than the others. Phil was horrible and looked like a 70 yr old man (says my hubby) with that hat on. Sanjaya did himself in with the hula comment, and the girly hair style. Not to mention he needs to be going home this week anyway. He's a sweet kid and all but he's no where near ready for a competition like this. I think he still needs to discover who he is. I couldn't even remember any of the other performances because they were so dull.
Sigh... let's hope the ladies show them up tonight - yet again.

I like Blake( beat box guy), Chris Sligh, Chris Richardson, and Phil, but overall I wasn't really all that impressed with any of them last night. You'd think, this being their last chance to get into the top 12 that they'd pull out all the stops, but they really dropped the ball. Blake wasn't bad last night, and Chris S., but otherwise, they were kinda blah. And if Sanjaya doesn't go home this week I will have proof that the american people are insane! He should have gone home the first week! Overall, the girls are miles above the boys.

Right now I would say that the ladies are way out in front of the guys. They ( the guys) didn't show much last night. And there's only about three or four of the girls who sing with the passion that would make me want to buy any of their music. All in all, this season seems to be a bit weak on talent, unless they all start to step up and really start to excel. I'm still waiting for that to happen.

Totally. They just are boring this year. And I'm a huge Idol fan too. This year just isnt the best. Last year they had a lot of talent on both sides!

I've given up on American Idol completely. They've spent so much time and energy showing the losers that IMO real talent doesn't even bother trying out anymore. No one'll ever be as good as Kelly Clarkson.

I was definitely not impressed this week with the guys. They are bringing a pretty sad game. I think the only really unique and talented guy was the beat box guy (sorry cant remember his name), he may have a fighting chance but honestly I can pretty much guarantee that we will have female winner this year cuz they are much much better than the guys.

Yea, not much real talent. I only like 3 of the guys. They diffinatly will be quick to go home when merged with the girls.

yes, i agree. I do not have any favorite guys. The girls on the other hand, they arent nearly as bad.

My husband and I were jsut saying that last night. I do like Blake though, but I don't htink he will win.
