it seems you are inclined to know only about geography of the country, where the world cup 2007, would be played. next time i suggest you ask these questions.
1) In which world, the world cup 2007, cricket matches will be played?
2) Why do they play the match at a particular std time instead of GMT?
3) why they play cricket/
4) what is cricket?

In around 7-8 West Indian island nations,all matches are day matches,Caribbean time is about 9:30-10 hrs behind Indian ST.
so out here get ready with the popcorn by 7 pm.
I haven`t got any idea about latitudes and longitudes,see an Atlas.
