Why wont my mp3 player sync to my comptuer?

I have selected the songs that i want to be download on my mp3 player but i can't find out how to sync them to my mp3 player.

you usually can go right into your windows media player click on your library of songs then sync them.. And bam 2 minutes later they are on your mp3 player. good luck.
