can I count them as 5-7 pounds and deduct them from my total weight?

Weight guidelines go by people's average weights and body size, however I am clearly above average in this department.

So:

1. How can I weigh them properly?

2. Can I deduct anything over 2 pounds from my body weight, assuming that the average weight is 2 pounds?

I have REALLY long hair, and I think it would weigh about 2 pounds. Can you deduct your heavy hair?

I am a 34DD and I don't deduct my breast weight from my overall weight, but I clearly don't care so much! lol

My friend had a MASSIVE breast reduction from 36F to 34B and she only had 1.5 pounds taken out of each side (3 pounds total). So unless you're an F cup, I don't think you're carrying that much weight in your chest...

Maybe you can cut your fingernails or just exfoliate REALLY well? lol

I wouldn't deduct a thing, your ideal weight is a weight you are comfortable with. If you are happy with the way you look it is your IDEAL weight regardless of 36c.

They are not really above average to tell you the truth. Unless they are really heavy, I would say 4 pounds would be about it.
