What would make a really good gift for a man that has had everything?

He is 74 yrs. of age, and not as active as he used to be. Hardly gets out much anymore.
His interests/pasttimes are outdoor sports, church, and music.
I'm looking for something novel, something completely new to him.

i got my Grandpa (around the same age) a CD of the local 4-H band last year...he loved it...this year am getting him the CD of the local High School band.

since he likes music, maybe give him a cd collection of his favorite.
