I'm posting this for a friend because she can't get online now:
I accidentally clicked Log Off User when shutting down my other computer and when I turned it on this morning, it asked for user name and password. I typed in what I thought was my user name and I don't recall setting a password, but I can't get in. What can I do?

The password could be blank. Try typing user name and then press Enter to login

depending on the windows program your using you should be able to press esc when that window pops up if you never set a password and it should go to the start menu

oh no that's a little bit of a problem... do you have password hints or other stuff for you to remember your password?
