That's a tough question. I think people tend to identify with Ol' Blue Eyes more when they hear that song, but that is not to say that Elvis didn't do a great job of singing it as well. The lyrics are especially poignant when you think of the life that Elvis had.
So I would say that Frank sung it better, but only marginally.

Elvis.

Frank was a good performer but actually did not really have a great voice. Elvis had a wonderful voice, melodious and captivating. I'd say Frank did the song pretty well but Elvis sang it beautifully.
