It's a beautiful clock I just recieved from ebay. It was $400. It is amazingly beautiful, but, unfortunately, the tick is pretty loud. It's for my bedroom, which is pretty small. Suggestions on how I can enjoy this timepiece w/ out having to listen to an annoying tick...literally every second.

Drown out the noise. Have a fan running, get a fish tank (with an air pump) Turn some tunes or tv on, anything. Or, trade it out for another clock in the house. Take the other clock and put it in your bedroom instead. If it's that beautiful, you should have it in the living room anyway...

Stop it at night, move it to another room, or wear earplugs.
