I'm in college.

The teachers become more & more demanding each day.

I can't help but sleep late.No other choice.

What must I do to avoid falling asleep AND feeling drowsy? (besdides tips like studying harder, etc.)

THANKS!!

caffien pills are a bad idea... can become addictive.... exercise, eat right - a cup of coffee here and there is fine... try, if you can, going to bed a bit earlier... i know, easy for me to say...also,if u set ur alarm to wake you up at the same time every day and actually get up when it goes off, ur body will become more used to needing to get up at that time... oh, and don't skip breakfast! in fact, make it a pointto eat a good healthy breakfast... a pot tart or nutrigrain bar just won't cut it... good luck!
