I screwed up and abandoned my earth totem quest. I'm now a level 15 tauren shaman and i have tried to go back but i can't seem to pick up the quest. can i pick up that quest?

You should go back to the shaman trainer in the tauren starting area and see if he has the quest for you, he may not have the yellow question mark over his head but if you talk to him it should still be there in the dialogue. If that doesn't work try the shaman trainer in Thunderbluff, and if that doesn't work try submitting a GM ticket, I'm sure they could fix it.

try the shaman trainer in you cap city or in an area near there
