According to Wikipedia, Season 2 of Greys Anatomy is available on DVD in both Region One and Region Two. It was (supposedly!) released on 25th January 2007 in the UK.
However, Play.com states that Season 2 will be available on 28th May 2007.
I have not found it available anywhere else.
The release dates of Season 3 have yet to be announced.

Season 2 was released last September in the states. I've had it since a couple of days after the release. it was right before season 3 started.

As it is finished on living and now showing on channel five i think it will come out near the end of the series on five, but i think that won't be to long because they are showing two episodes a week on five
