Yes, I've been to both. They're in Amish country. You have to remember that "intercourse" actually means "interaction." It's just in the 20th and 21st century where that word has taken on a strictly sexual meaning.
They *do* make quite a bit of money exploiting that name now, though...like selling big T-Shirts that say "INTERCOURSE (Pennsylvania)" and the like.

Can't imagine the city's hospitals.... Especially Blue Ball's hospital... many younger boys in there, thinking "that pain" was an emergency..... lmao!!!

I've been to Intercourse, PA lot's of Amish folk, and of course I had to get a t shirt for a souvenir.

Suburbs of Lancaster, PA, they are actually quaint little towns that I used to love to visit when I lived in Philly!
