note= i woudnt call georgetown a dark horse as they are expected to be a 2 or 3 seed. i wanna here some more shocking answers.

also, butler and southern illinois are mid-majors but could be seeded to make it to the sweet sixteen, so i wouldnt call it shocking for them to be there

i like your answer asaph.....i meant to put winthrop with butler and so. illinois bc the eagles are now ranked and everybody's pick.....but its ok because they probably won't be seeded real high

I'm choosing the University of Oregon as my dark horse. They play in the PAC-Ten which is deep this year. Oregon doesn't scare anyone but they can play ball. Remember they handed UCLA their 1st defeat of the season.

My mid-major would be the Winthrop Eagles. Enough said.
