I need a sort of timeline for Italy in 1920-1940.
All major major events that happened pre-WWII.
This should include politics, military, fascist movement, negotiations, and foreign affairs.

Mussolini comes to power in 1922
Signs Lateran treaty with the Vatican in 1931 whereby the Fascist government is recognized by the Vatican and the Church is left alone in a separate state called Vatican City with its own sovereignity
Hitler comes to power in 1933 as chanellor of Germany, Hitler admired Mussolini for his political viewpoint and his aggressive way of coming to power and his desire for a 2nd Roman Empire
Italy invades Ethiopia in 1935 which showed why the League of Nations was too weak to do anything to stop the invasion of an innocent country . This would be their reaction with Hitler and Japan until WW2 began(Hitler with the Rhineland in 1936; Sudentland in 1938 (Mussolini was there as an ally to sign the appeasement treaty with Britain and France in 1938)
After Germany invaded Poland in 1939 , Mussolini was not ready to declare war on England and France But after Hitler had invaded the lowlands of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg and eventually France then Italy declared war on France and England in May 1940
