It would depend.
If He-Man was really mad at She-Ra, she would get her *** kicked. However, if He-Man was forced into battle either against his will or if she was under an evil influence he would not have his heart into it and She-Ra would be the winner.
So if they both were choked at each other, have to go with He-Man only because of the same power source and his experience.

She's a hot blonde babe with lots of powers.
He-Man would not be strong enough for her cuz her charm and attraction. When it comes to sexy bodies, men are powerless.

He-Man would win if they got their powers from the same place Greyskull then the person who is physical bigger strong would win. Look @ HULK and She-Hulk. Hulk is stronger b/c of his build. It's not a sexist thing. Who would will between Superboy and Superman. Simple

SHERA! why - she's the 'princess of power' and she has superhuman strength and stamina while He-man is only 'master of the universe' and needs his sword to get power. Also he's a gentleman and he wouldnt fight his sister!
