The rule of thumb is: 802.11b = 11Mbps advertised, 5.5Mbps real world, 802.11g = 480Mbps advertised, 240Mbps real world, based on one user and a good ISP pipe.

To ballpark with 14 users, divide by 14. To get real numbers, you need to take the type of activities they are doing into account. If many are downloading or uploading, the WiFi connection will likely tank.

Best estimate? g = 22Kbps + / - 50%, if you're lucky!
