When I try to plan ahead, my girls, tell me I am a worrier.
When I don't plan ahead and I need their help to get out of a jam they ask,"Why didn't you think about this before now?"

Can't win........

When I was a li'l kid I tried to figure everything out before the next day came. That also kept me from falling asleep. I learned my lesson- asked the good Lord to help me sleep and turn off the racket! However I can draw on those old skills if I need to but I'd much rather keep life pretty simple, then when it's time to shake it up- It's really meant to be because to much running around with --planners and you'll find you are doing what they want to do more than what you want. I think it's good to find yourself if your having a hard time losing yourself ? Get where you need to be- everday every moment as much as possible! Not bad advice , eh?

I have to be planning all the time in different time frames. Today, I have 1 meeting in the morning, 1 court appearance in the afternoon and a social event tonight. I have to plan my day early to get everything done.

I have to look down the road this month and the next few months at my trial calendar to make sure I don't get overloaded or have conflicts.

I have to plan years down the road to make sure I have along range plan for my business.

When do I have time for this? Whenever I have a spare moment.

Depends on the event. I'm planning for my late april anniversary now. I haven't even started planning for my early april birthday yet though.
