They'll only charge you for a new one. It's cheaper to get a "one for all" remote.

You can buy one of those "universal Remotes" that covers all satellite & tv set-ups or you can ring Sky on 08702 40 40 40 & follow the prompts they give you.

if you need to buy a new control e-bay is a good idea i got mine for 8.99 with free postage and it was new.
the website is a pain but try putting remote control in the search box

Tizzy, I hate to state the obvious, but have you checked the batteries, sometimes they just need to be re inserted as they might have come loose falling of the sofa or something like that.

why dont you try woolworths or currys darling they do remotes make a note of the number of the reciever they mayby be able to help
