well first a big hug to you , i also am a cancer, , birth day the 7 mouth of the 20 day,,,, i know how you feeling , we tent to let thing to us,, most would just blow it off an think nothing of it,,, but, it hard being a cancer, we wear our heart on our sleeve,,,, but to get on with you question,,, you need to tell him, you take caew of the house work,,, an you a long way from a kid, even tho we some thime act like a baby,lol,,,,so if he cant give you something to buy what you want,,,,an show you he love you,,pack you bags an let him take care of the house work, an so forth ,for a spell, he soon ,come running , when he see ,how hard it is ,

You say in a relationship, so this man probably isn't your husband.
So tell me, why is it you believe he should give you money?
How much money have you given him? Perhaps you should give him money, after all, you've been in a relationship with him for 8 years.
The solution is totally under your control, get a job, make money, spend it as you see fit.

I would get rid of him and go and fine another man that don't mind spending his money because they are not going to ever change because my husband is the same way so I went out and found me a sugar daddy.
