I'm part of a fantasy baseball league with 12 people. The draft order was just been announced and I have the 11th pick! Who should I go for the might be available by then. Should I go for Santana if he is still available or get a hitter.

Ok first off Santana wont be there anymore. By the time it gets to the 11 pick u have to just take the best player available. If there is David Wright or Cabrera there take them. On the way back take a Jason Bay or someone like that maybe a jeter because they wont be there on the way down again. I had 11 and I took Wright then Bay then Hanley Ramirez on the way back down and my team looks good. Just remember, unless Zambrano or Halliday is the next guy on the board do not take them early. Wait til rounds 6-8 to get guys like Bonderman, Harden, and DiceK. Good luck.

If Santana is there at 11 of coarse...that means you have a few bone heads in front of you. There are only 2 pitchers worth taking that early. Santana and Carpenter. Otherwise here is a list of guys I think will be around for your pick. This is also the order I would take them. Miguel Cabrera, Utley, Ortiz, Beltran, Crawford, Wright, V. Martinez, Teixeira, Carpenter or Hafner. This is assuming the first 6 are Pujols, Reyes, Soriano, Howard, Santana and A-Rod.

If Santana is still available then yes take him, but I doubt he will be there. The best thing to do is look at your scoring system. If is it a standard 5 x 5 league. Meaning your leagues scores based on the following criteria: Offense:RBI, Runs, HR, Stolen Bases, AVG Defense: Wins, Saves, K's, ERA, and whip. Then the best thing to do is try to find someone that will get you points in at least 4 categories. If I had theee 11th or 12th pick I personally would go after one pitcher, and 1 batter back to back. Mainly because you will have a long time before it gets back to your pick. Ichiro, Jason Bay, Beltran, Teixeira, would all be good selections in the 1st. As for the pitchers it all depends on who is left.

Hope this helps, and good luck1

You should have a draft board made up. Get the best player available. No telling what people are going to do. I like going late, so you get two top tier players. Power goes early, so go for Guerrero, Ortiz, Cabrera, Berkman. Enough good pitchers are surprises as the year progresses, and plenty of top 10 pitchers get hurt each year (Halladay, Martinez) so don't waste a first round pick unless you're getting Johan.

you are able to no longer assigned proirity on soccer team by ability of place if actual relies upon certainly one of those soccer you opt for for to play and the type of gamers you have. It relies upon if the QB could make each and all of the throw if the protection is taking part in guy to guy, zone, conceal 2. Are they focused on a WR, RB, TE or working QB. If offense run between the address or like turning the nook, or unload passes to the RB and TE. taking part in the sidelines and over the best. You under anticipated the linked fee of a sturdy RB, a RB consistently needs a sturdy line merely like a sturdy line needs a RB. 11th pick isn't always so bad, since you will probably get the 14th pick as well. I am not sure Santana will still be on the board but I would go after him if he is.

Santana is a yes, but he will be gone. There are a strong group of 3rd basemen, wait for that one.If there a very good SS with power and steals like Rollins, or jeter, that would be good or another power hitter.
