I am not sure which company you want because there are numerous companies with the initials SBI. Since this is under Special Education questions, I can only assume it has something to do with special ed. In that case, those initials could stand for Statewide Behavior Initiatives.
It could also stand for Severe Behavior Initiatives.
The second site I listed discusses SBI schools and the third site gives more info on this.
