Can anyone tell me the name of CD pulled from shelves right after 911 ?

There was a CD that had a cover which showed planes crashing into the Twin Towers. It was made about 2 years before it actually happened.
The Government investigated the artist that designed the CD cover and removed it from the shelves. Please ,if you know of a site where I could pull up that cover, put it in your answer.
