Well, you could take a Web Designing and Macromedia® Flash course at your local tech school. That would be the best thing you could do. Creating that kind of site isn't quite as simple as using MySpace®, or "Raaga" etc.. But without using flash, I would try using a tool such as Winamp Pro. You can download a plug-in from SHOUTcast Radio (link provided below) and start hosting your own play list or radio station on line. I hope this helps! Good luck
