Either on the manifold or its on the exhaust pipe under the car, looks almost like a spark plug it will have a wire connected to it.

the o2 sensor is located in the exhaust manifold, manifold mounts to the cylinder head, the sensor will have a wire connection to it, and will require a special tool to remove it..
