He'll end up serving time, and yes, I'm sure it'll be some minimum security facility. For what he was found guilty on, the four guilty verdicts carry 25 to 30 years. But don't worry, I'm sure Bush will pardon him shortly before he leaves office. I mean really, what does he have to lose in doing so? But he WILL make sure it is AFTER the election in 2008!

Scooter will get pardoned by President Bush.
It is the least "King George" can do for the guy who took the fall for this White House.
My prediction is that he will not issue the pardon until after the 2008 Presidential election. He will do it sometime in December 2008. I doubt he is brazen enough to do it before the election is over. If he did, it would kill any chances the Republicans have of winning.

He will probably pay a fine. If by chance he does serve time it will be in a minimum security "resort prison". I am sure he has a lot of friends in high places and it seems the more money you have the less chance you have to pay for your mistakes.

It all depends on the judge now. If he gives him a big #, let's say 10 years, Scooter has a real problem. Minimum, medium, maximum, are all over crowed, and most of the residents aren't that happy, and unpredictable to say the least. If he cuts a deal, he won't do a minute.

He'll go to a medium security prison and probably become some guy's girlfriend for a while, then Bush will pardon him in late 2008.

Bush said he would fire anyone that was involved in the leak. Let's see if he pardons him and proves another lie. In the mean time border guards are in prison because of a lie while doing their job, but the president won't lift a finger to help

He will wind up getting pardoned. Which is the right thing to do since this whole fiasco is a joke.
