use a dryer sheet if that's all ya have, but the static spray in the can is the best,it's called static gaurd, it's in a navy can with an orange lid, i use it on my clothes and my hair everyday in the winter months.

Yes, use fabric softener sheets in the dryer if you are drying the clothes. Also-buy a spray called Static Guard. I spray it on my sweaters & pants if I'm wearing ones that are notoriusly very full of static.

you can stop static cling by using fabric softeners, such as downy. They can be purchased anywhere you but laundry detergent. They come in liquid form, which you dd to your washing machine or the come in dryer sheets, which you place in the dryer before you dry the clothes. You can also purchase a product called static guard which you spray directly on the clothes while your wearing it or on your hairbrush to remove static. good luck.

To get rid of static you can use fabric softener such as Downy but you should only use a spoonful of it while you are rinsing your sweater. Be sure to mix it in the water first before putting your sweater in it. This works for me !!! :)

simply "mist" them with a water spray bottle. Or, when you shower in the morning, hang the sweater in the bathroom. The humidity from the shower will eliminate the static.

You can also buy a product called "staticguard" which is effective.

Try throwing it in the dryer with a dryer sheet for a few minutes or spray it with hairspray.
