Any one know what type of doctor JD is on Scrubs, I just discovered the show, and it is addicting. Also any idea what type of doctor Dr. Cox and also Dr. Elliot are? What a great show, thanks.

What type of Doctor are they? Damn funny ones!
But anyway, JD is a co-chief medical resident and Elliot is a medical resident.
I'm not sure about Dr Cox.

I think they are just ER doctors. I love that show. My favorite is JD and Turks' friendship - I laugh every time JD calls Turk "Brown Bear." You have missed out on some great entertainment if you just discovered it. It is in it's 6th season and may not be returning. New episodes are on Thursdays at 8:00 cst on NBC and they also show reruns on Comedy Central but I'm not sure of the times.

Aside from being a great comedienne, I think he's supposed to be in internal medicine doctor. I'm with you. I love that show!! It's just been renewed for the 7th season :)
