I know that you are a university student and probably don't have a lot of money. For clothes, I would recommend getting several nice basics, clothes that you would wear everyday and then get lots of accessories like scarves, necklaces, bracelets, hairbands, belts, nail polish, hats etc and incorporate them into your wardrobe. They not only make an outfit look new and fresh but also help disguise the shabbiness of your clothes, when they start to get worn out. I've found that minidresses are nice because I can wear them over jeans in the winter and by themselves in the summer. You can get a lot more mileage out of a dress than pants. Also make sure not to buy whatever sillhouette, colour, or neckline is trendy and go with what suits you, or else you'll get sick of it. For example, I have an hourglass shape with slim legs, but heavy breasts and a short neck, so I focus on v-necks and showing my legs, and avoid turtlenecks and crewnecks and keep my hair short and tapered in the back
With makeup, start out small. Almay sells mascara packages tailored to the different eye colours or else ask the ladies at the store. If you have good skin skip on the the foundation. Otherwise light blush, an all-purpose lip gloss and mascara are good starting points. Once you have these for everyday wear, you can start building with more out-there shades. Personally, I don't like eyeliner at all for the daytime. I think that mascara and eye shadow look fresher and more open, but everybody is different

The brown eyeliner will be okay. Don't put it on real thick in the daytime. We are all a little lackluster in some ways! The makeup brand of Almay makes it easy to match their makeup line with your particular coloring. I especially like their eyeshadows, go get Bring Out The Green eyeshadow pack. It is very affordable too, and you can get it in the drugstore or Walmart. Many other cosmetic brands have easy match color systems too.

you want a pressed powder commencing place one colour darker than your skin. A army blue eye shadow for evening time. And white eye shadow with that smokey seem mixed in, in the process the day. Plus a easy purple lip liner over the entire lips for evening and day. low priced manufacturers are super.

you have to choose the role modela dn style you like first. please read In-STyle magazine. it is classic and sexy, but never sluty.
for make-up, you can go for nature one, and draw more attention to your green eye, which most people are crazy on. you can put the soften brown smokey eye, and pale with a nature lip gross. a bit brush will look grow to yourself.
