I have been trying to find that also several people gave me web sites but they all wanted a fee.

If you want to watch shows for free online you need to go to the network websites, like www.abc.com and you will be able to watch tv shows. But they won't be new episodes. They will be past episodes so if you have a favorite show you can go and watch the episodes you missed. Like LOST, Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy...etc...
