high school musical play??

Question

if ur doin high school musical at ur school what part r u playing and how are the characters alike and different from the movie, what are the people who r supposed to play the characters wearing ( example would be how is the girl who is playing sharpay hair done and what is she wearing), r all the characters the same from the mvie, r u doing the same dancemoves, i read there are 2 extra songs can u tell me what they are called and the lyrics for them, and can u tell me the exact words in the script, thanks so much and please answer all Q.

Hey. I play Martha Cox (the hiphop girl in stick to the status quo). The musical is alot worse than the movie. It sucks. But whatever.
There are a few new-ish characters, like the people at the auditions have names like: cyndra, james, cathy, susan and the brainiacs have names like kratnoff and the hiphop girl(me) martha. OH YEAH! also, the wildcats have a radio station led by Jack scott, the "cool" guy, who at the end, falls in love with Kelsi. (sorry for the spoiler!)
The hair, the looks, theyre all the same. Ryan is wearing a glittery cap (it looks hilarious) as well as sharpay is wearing a glitzy dress. Kelsi is wearing big glasses and the skaterdudes are all wearing mostly black and bringing their boards on stage(at least at my school, simillar schools will have the same ideas)
The new songs are "counting on you" and they also have a new version of "we're all in this together" and new tryouts song.
Counting on you is REALLY long but by far the best song in the whole musical. It takes place when Troy and gariella go to the gym and the lab, and their friends are talking them out of trying out to the musical. It has speaking in between by all the characters in the scene; Troy, Gabriella, Taylor, Martha, Kratnoff, Zeke.
The song goes like this:

In the musical Jason has no lines and lots of words from songs have been changed.

i'm playing ryan. i guess to start off, ryan and sharpay are much more, um, "evil", than in the movie. but they also give them more lines in the play (i'm trying not to give anything away). it's pretty much the same dance moves, but most songs are slightly different from their movie counterparts (like "stick to the status quo", and the reprise version of "we're all in this together"). the two extra songs are called "cellular fusion" and "we're counting on you", as well as a high school musical megamix, which is all the songs from the play combined into one at the end of the play, and "i cant take my eyes off of you" which is added without ryan and sharpay. the lyrics i couldnt tell u, cuz we havent gotten that far into the play. costuming is pretty much the same, too (i.e. ryan's hats, my favorite part of my costumes). they're not exact, but close to the same.

A few of my friends are playing Munchkins in our school musical. They are just singing some songs that were in the Wizard of Oz, so I'm sure you've heard of 'em.

I know the Munchkins can wear wacky clothes and kneel down so that they are short. Of course, they can pick out their own outfits, but they have to be approved by the musical director.

I heard they are adding some parts that the movie was suppose to have (the movie edited things out for time).

Hi I play Taylor Mckessie. the new songs are "Counting on you" The beggining Wildcat cheer and The try outs song. The play is a lot of fun! And all the characters are mostly the same. Each of the songs are a little different from the original...espcially "getcha head in the game" Well hope you have fun doin it!!!

i'm playing gabriella because i have long wavy brown hair and i can sing. our charactewrs are alot like the movie. I dont have the script yet therefore i cant give it to you or the lyrics. Anyways hope this helps
