You pull them gently to the side and tell them that you don't want that being said or going on in your home. If they do it again, tell them you warned them and they now have to leave. In your home, you have the right to keep up a certain standard, and they certainly have the right not to visit.

To people who don't know how to act in a civil manner in my home I merely say, "You may leave now. Don't let the door hit you on the backside on your way out."
