hey u know he is mental when u have a touch with him
if he is behaving differently from others
he is mental
that cant be concluded like that as all are different in some aspect
but improper

Anyone can have mental problems. Many different things can bring about mental problems. Mostly it is due to a chemical imbalance in the brain and not anything the person themselves have caused.
