I don't think so.
There is no nudity in the movie.
If he has seen those movies then he will like this one.
I am thinking about taking my seven year old son also.

No, not at all, it's almost like the movie Daredevil so if he can handle lord of the ring and harry potter movies, he should be able to handle this one with no problem at all.

I highly doubt it would be too scarry especially since he has seen those other movies. Also I seen children that looked like they were 4 or 5 in the theater and didn't hear any crying from them so I am sure it will be just fine.

If your kid is ok with those movies he should be fine with Ghost Rider. Ghost Rider is a great movie but not scary.

Not all that scary and when he realizes that the Ghost Rider is a symbol of justice, it won't bother him at all

Here is a review from a mother (posted on Yahoo!Movies): http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hv&cf=parentsguide&id=1809248762

The mother gave it a C and said that people who are 14 and up should see it.

However, in my opinion, if he has seen Lord of the Rings, I'm sure he will be fine.

Depending on what scares your child. The movie is based on the devil and demons so.....if your son is scared of anything close to this I would not take him.
