As it has been said before..and it stands now....His boss has placed himself and him above the Law...I wish you all quit talking S--t here.
You now have a democratic majority in congress whom are nothing but kiss---s.
So you have no representation, you have no rights, so shut up and sit down. That's that...

Well not to be a wet blanket on your we don't need evidence party, but there has been an investigation and it did not turn up any evidence to support a charge against the Vice President in the matter. People in this country amuse me. Our justice system is based on a simple principle. It's called innocent until proved guilty, not guilty because I believe that you are. You exhibit the primary problem with partisan politics in general. You want investigations where you think there is wrong doing. Believe it or not I support this concept wholeheartedly. However, when the investigation does not lead to the conclusion you desire you are not willing to accept the outcome. Therefore investigations become useless as a tool, because you are not really interested in the truth and you are not interested in justice, but rather in convicting people based solely on personal opinion and perception distorted by partisanship no matter what the actual provable facts are.

They still might. What the jurors are saying is pretty interesting. Though they found that Libby did commit perjury and obstruction, they also said they had no idea why they were being asked to judge him and none of the higher-ups that testimony told them were involved. It might be coming. The conviction had to come first, though. It makes a stronger case against Cheney.

God, would that be lovely.

They will. He'll be impeached. There's no reason not to. He's the biggest stain on our history, so glad I never voted for him, there's no blood of american soldiers on my hands.

It took this prosecuter nearly 4 years to get us to this point.

How much money and how much time will it take to convict all of the players in this fray?

Eventually they would all be pardoned anyway!
Sad but true.....The guilty and corrupt will be free to continue their business until the end of their term.
Unless of course Bush does call out Marshall Law and then only God knows when we will be relieved of these bastards!!!

Can a vice president be impeached? Is there a precedent for that?

Well; for one, the special prosecutor who has all the evidence said "that's all, Folks." So unless someone is just looking to spend 30 million for a Clinton payback, it's just Cheney bashing

Because to investigate too deeply will just show too many people's incompetence in the whole pre-war intelligence fiasco.
