i agree with the cooking slow answer,, abit of oil, whack abit if salt on and cook very slow, and if that doesnt work just lay a little plate on it or something lol,,worth a try tiger, good like,,i reckon stuff the look of it as long as it tastes good,,

400 degree oven on a broiler pan till crisp (you can also put little cuts in the edges to keep it flat while frying)

not perfectly flat, but if you bake it on a rack in the oven, it works better than frying in a pan.
