its sore and bloody hard as a marble, i think it comes and goes, i think it stays for about to weeks, then takes off,,i feel like cutting the thing out myself lol

depends where it is under your arm as to what it could be... Sticking a pin in there might not be the best course of action.
If it's in your armpit, it might be a swollen lymph node and as such you might need some medical assistance dealing with it... If it's just generally under the arm, then it could be a number of things, but I once had a similar thing and it turned out to be an infected nerve... Might not be the best option to stick a pin into or cut out a nerve!
Either way, I reckon you'd be best to see a doctor especially as it's been happening for a while...

Do not stick a needle in there. It is likely to be an infection in a lymph node and these can be painful. See a doctor who may give you antibiotics. I is a very slight possibility that this is more serious and if so, you need a doctor.
SO WHAT EVER IT IS, SEE A DOCTOR.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! It may be a swollen lymph node and could be serious. You need to see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck, and don't fool around with that lump. Have it seen by your doctor!!

NO!!!!!!Never start cuttting, lancing or pricking anything on your body. You are not a doctor and you could cause a more serious problem. Have your doctor look at it. Or go to a local health clinic if you're short on money. You could have a glanular problem, a cyst, a boil or other serious but not life threatening problem. Do yourself a big favor......see a doctor.

go the doctors and have him feel it. It could be and inflammed lymph node, could be dangerous or not, you never know until you get checked. If I were you, I would get checked, cause what if it needs to be removed.

sticking a needle will make it even worse just let it gradually go away
