yes, you can rub it on your chest too, it is also safe for babies but dotn waste your money on the baby rub because it doesnt work as well

Erm, I don't agree with the other answerers!! My doctor told me NOT to use Vicks either stick, Vaporub or Olbas Oil as they contain peppermint, which can bring on contractions.
It could have just been me, as I have had a high risk pregnancy, but I wouldn't reccommend using it without talking to the doctor first after the advice I've had.

I also heard the menthol can stimulate contractions, you may be able to sniff it but not put it on your skin.

im not for sure although i dont see why not in moderation but call your Dr 1st to ask just to be safe.good luck
