There's some particular name for this job, at least as regards the royalty in England. No stupid answers, please.

"Royal Purse" - maybe, but I have not heard that name. It was a single fairly long word, I believe begins with an "e". I was thinking "Exchequer" but I know that's not right. It might start with "equ".

Not sure but I think they are simply called "The Royal Purse".
I may be wrong
