K, so my calves are a little manly & I don't like it.. how do I get rid of that? Do I just stop going up stairs or something? :/ I need answers.. :( Pleeeeeease

The gastrocnemius is a genetically delegated muscle structure. Thusly if the dominant resemblance genetically speaking in your family tends to manly calves then you may be doomed.

However you can start by target exercising your calves while at the gym (assuming you are working out) Instead of low reps and heavy weights, try calf raises, toe ups and calf extensions in the 12-15 counts with low weights. This will tone the calf rather than grow it in strength and size.

Bear in mind, however there is nothing more attractive than well toned and muscled calves in heels or flats. Flabby calves indicate poor leg toning.

GIGGLES AT THIS QUESTION,,, aka dear,, i bet you could slap me for this one,, sorry,, hint, ride your bycycle to walmart 4 times a week,, that will do it,, pretty simple huh?? i am going to get on my 20 speed for exercise soon,, its a good way to rid of winter fat,,,, tc
