EYES:-wash eyes daily (to clean eyes)
FACE:-apply turmeric powder+curd+lemon juice to face(for become fair)
LIPS:-apply beetroot to lips(to give colour to lips)
CAUTION:-if you need any other thing apply ayurvedic treatment because it lasts longer that chemical creams and all other.

Daily early morning do breathing exercise, then have one or two glasses of hot water after half an hour have your tea or coffee, every day before sleeping have 1 or 2 banana and a glass of milk don't eat anything after 8 o'clock in the night. Monthly once initially after wards weekly one day go on a liquid diet, But include green moong dal liquidised on the day you have a liquid diet with atleast 1 to 2 teaspoon ghee in it than you will see the brightness in your face. If you are well versed with T.M. then do that also everyday.

go to the laughing club and laugh like a mad person , repeat this for one week, your muscles will relax, your mind will be relaxed. Then look at the mirror your face will look bright.
