Vaginismus,is the spasm of the vaginal muscles, mainly caused by the thought of being hurt, fibroids can also cause deep intercourse pain,as can endometriosis, this affects the womb and surrounding tissues, making intercourse painful, especially around period time.It could be p.i.d,(pelvic inflammatory disease or cysts on the ovary's,it could also be something as simple as an infection or lack of lubrication, whatever it is,don't let it ruin your sex life,go and see your GP who will refer you,its nothing they haven't seen before.Good luck.

AH HA! I have much the same problem! And I went to the doctor to ask about it. This is what my doctor told me!:: The thing is that before she orgasms, her estrogen is sky high. Which releases endorphines, (chemicals in her brain) that make her enjoy whats going on and not think about any pain she may be experiencing. The truth is, she is experiencing the pain all the time during penetrational sex, its just not noticed because the pain receptors shut off telling her that it feels too good to be feeling the pain. After orgasm, her estrogen levels drop and endorphines kick down, causing her to feel the pain. It probably has a lot to do with you and your "size" (excuse the loose term) or the speed and intensity of the sex. Maybe try calming things down a little or see if she can hold out until you climax and then help her finish off in the end. A little tip, sometimes if you avoid clitoral stimulation at all, it can prolong the female's orgasm.

Has it always been like that or did it just did? Because I am thinking that if it just started it could actually be like an urinary tract infection, does it hurt her to go to the bathroom too? Cause that would be a sign of that. But if it has always been like that tell her to go to the doctor, because it is something more serious. If she is embarrassed to go, have her go to a woman doctor, that usually makes it a little more interesting. Until then have her drink lots of water and cranberry juice (100%) for about a week and see what happens.

I hope this doesn't seem too obious/stupid, but maybe you could get warmed up a bit first by focusing foreplay on you and not her so that you don't need to penetrate for as long - hopefully you will come before/at around the same time as her and then you could both enjoy yourselves more. xx

She should go for an examination i had something similar and it turned out i had a corroded cervix. Sounds bad but its pretty easy to fix, i went into hospital and they used a chemical stick on the area to burn off the corroded skin. I was out within 20mins. There wasnt a great deal of pain either. But overall she definitely needs to see a GP to get referred to a hospital.

If she has a problem she needs a Doctor as she may have something internal wrong with her. There is no need for her to feel embarrased..if she does not get the problem treated it could get worse.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/lePN0

She should go to the doctor. Medical conditions can cause painful sex. You may try and convince her that her problem is nothing new for a gynecologist and she shouldn't be embarrassed.

Sounds like she really needs to go see her gyno. Painful sex in most cases is a result of a more serious problem. Good luck : )
