I doubt it, even if Foley were there. The world has to accept the fact that the Rock has left wrestling for good.

no the rock will not be in wm 23, he has not been to any of the wrestling mathces for years now. he is dedicated now to movies and shows. he dont want to wrestle no more only act. but you can be surprise because you never knwo when he will pop up. good luck. and lets hope we see him soon.
