Okay so I've got such messed up cuticles. I know this is a bit girly but it is driving me crazy and when there is no one I can ask I turn to my friends around the world. they tend to stick to the nail as it grows out and then tear the skin above my fingers. How can I fix this?

this is a condition called pterigium (silent P) and if you go to a good nail salon they will give you a hot oil manicure and trim this off and they will look beautiful in no time at all.

Sally Hansen does a great Cuticle Stick or you can soak your hands in lemon then push the cuticles back with a cuticle stick. Or better yet treat yourself to a manicure.

you need to push back the cuticles and then cut them with a cuticle cutter, and don't forget the hand cream to keep them moist.

Nothing wrong with getting a manicure just to get yourself on the right track. Then you need to use hand cream and keep the hydrated.

What is it with men that they think they don't need to use hand creams?
