Opinions are a bit inconsequential here.

1) It seems like they have a hierarchical system in which most popular, top-rated bloggers receive the most payout, which can make some sense but also leads into a cycle. People with high rank will probably stay there.

2) While the site probably does a certain amount of content monitoring, their site agreement is based on Indian law, meaning that the technicalities of copyright or intellectual property law might be different. Section 13 on their agreement is all about Intellectual Property, so before joining, users are agreeing to those terms, and can get banned if CAUGHT infringing based on Indian law.

3) As far as opinion goes, I don't find the site particularly offensive OR stimulating. A lot of sites run on a similar business model, paying for the value of your contributions, whereas others -- such as AssociatedContent.com -- will pay per article or entry. I suggest that if you're interested in these kinds of things, look up different sites and tally up what you like in their agreements. Consider whether they claim rights to the works you post, when and how they pay, and whether you're eligible for their agreement.

Good luck if you decide to pursue freelance blog journaling. All you need now is to find the publication that actually suits you. :)

Yes, it might be a fraud run by such web sites. I remember that yesterday evening when I was surfing on Rediff Bol chatting rooms, one person was putting a short message against all chat room, insisting friendly to visit that site namely www.ibibo.com - There are chances that chat room person may be innocent, but now you have gone in the details, so I remembered it.

any such site which offer prizes without any proper background are suspicious, so one should be very wary about what one is getting into. cyber space is being exploited by many, so each individual needs to be careful.

nOT ONLY THIS, THOUSANDS OF OTHER SUCH CONTESTS ALSO ARE FRAUDS.
Even the lucky dips in jewellery shops & prizes on coupens in petrol bunks are given to us to distract our minds. and knock off our things. This has happened to me and left me very hurt.
