I have both and so far I sent my Xbox 360 back 3 times since it wouldn't work w/o freezing and I am awaiting the return of it. I bought a 60GB ps3 in the meantime and I freaking love it. It's the bomb and has sick graphics. It has never and will never (knock on wood) have errors.

the thing there is dat, sony has more experience in consoles than microsoft and even thought there are more games on xbox 360, the ones on ps3 is very good as well, and if you have time go to xbox 360 and ps 3 website and have a look and tease yourself a little bit and you will see that ps3 is better. compare ps 2 and xbox you konw ps2 is better than xbox so by that judgment i vote for ps3, just give it a shot and you will be amased. i was in the same position as you before but now i a happy i have ps3.
