How much should i charge for a right of access across my ... i dont want to grant a permenant right of access but rather a annual right .....I thought about £500 per year seems reasonable...
Any thoughts ...is this too low...?

Seems fine. When I hunted noxious animals in Australia- we were charged a fee, a permit and an annual right of access- so seems fair to me.

Depends if the right of way was bought at the time or before the sale of the land / property.
£500 per year will be taxable!

If you were in Scotland matey you wouldnt be able to do that at all.
There's no such thing as trespass law and everyone has the right to free access to all land.
As long as you dont cause any damage there's nowt anybody can do.
