i got skin infection from barbers shop last three weeks after barbing my hair. now i have a lump at the back of my head. its a little bit swollen and it scratches me sweetly sometimes. honestly i dont know how to get rid of this at the back of head cos its about to increase in size. plsss advice me on what to do.

Try hot soaks on it several times a day. Get a towel, soak it in hot water, wring it out and place on your sores. Don't pick them. They will drain naturally after a few days of the soaking. Put antibiotic ointment (bacitracin) on them when they open and keep your hands off of them.

wash well with Dettol then apply antibiotic cream twice a day
