i'm moving into a house soon and there's already an electric cooker there already ive got my own cooker thats much nicer how much would it cost to get someone to change it over for me (roughly) thanks

You might give someone the old cooker if they change it out for you. If you are renting, the land lord might do it so he has an extra cooker. I would call an appliance repair place they might be interested. Or some place like the Salvation Army or Goodwill.

As long as there are no gas fittings the job should take an electrician about 5 minutes. Electrician should charge no more than £35-50. If you need to get the gas over connected you'll also need a corgi registered gas engineer. Again about £35-50

It's so easy to do yourself!!!! it should cost much if you'd rather get someone to do it. Get an electrician max £20 per hour!

If they are the same size and fits in perfect like table top range just swap them out.
