You might be. Most of us GPs do what is called a tiredness screen for patients like yourself. Most will wait until you have had these rather general symptoms for a month first.
I would check
Full blood count, Iron,B12 and Folic acid
U+Es = kidney function
LFTs = liver function
TFTs = thyroid function
FBS = blood sugar.
ESR+CRP tests for inflammation
Pop and see your GP or practise nurse.

There are lots of little things to do to see if you are anaemic.
Look inside your lower eyelid, if it if pale and washed out looking then you maybe. A healthy lower eyelid should be nice and red in colour.
Also press your finger into the back of your hand for a few seconds. When you remove your finger the colour should return almost instantly. If it take a little while then you may be anaemic.
If you think from this that you might be then it is best to visit your GP to get checked out rather than just taking iron tablets.
Hope this helps.

I suggest going to see your Doctor. Also you could start taking iron tablets which if you are anaemic the Doctor will prescribe to you. I found out I was anaemic after also feeling tired all the time and looking very pale. I had to take 2 tablets per day for 3 months.

The test for anemia is a simple blood test which measures the amount of iron in the blood.
See the doctor soon because I am concerned about the leg cramps you experience.

Anemia is a possiblity, though so is depression. It can cause lack of energy, and physical pain. Best to see your md to rule out both possibilities.

Time to see your doctor and go for a blood test.
That's the only way you will know if you have anemia
